What is Cronac Give?

Cronac Give is a fundraising and donor management platform built for small to mid-sized nonprofits. It brings together public fundraising (campaigns), donation processing, fund-based organization, donor relationships, and reporting into one system — without the complexity of traditional enterprise tools.

It's built by Cronac Software, a small software company based in Midland, Michigan.

Who is Cronac Give designed for?

Small to mid-sized nonprofits - especially those who are currently managing donations through spreadsheets, PayPal, or outdated platforms that don't quite fit their needs.

We have a particular focus on organizations in the Midland, Michigan area and the Great Lakes region, though any nonprofit can use it.

Is Cronac Give live yet?

Cronac Give is currently in early access. The core platform is built and functional - we're actively onboarding our first organizations and using their feedback to refine the product before a wider launch.

What features are available today?

Here's what's built and working today:

Public fundraising:
Campaign pages with goal tracking, messaging, and donation flows designed for donors.

Donations & recurring giving:
One-time and recurring donations, automated receipts, and donor confirmations.

Internal structure (funds):
Track donations by fund — including general funds, programs, and restricted giving — with campaigns and recurring gifts tied back to the correct fund.

Donor relationships:
A built-in CRM with notes, tags, interaction tracking, and donor timelines.

Reporting & data:
Reporting across campaigns, funds, and donors, plus CSV import and full data export.

Payments:
Stripe and Stripe Connect for secure payment processing, with funds going directly to your organization.

Does it work with Stripe?

Yes. Cronac Give uses Stripe for all payment processing. We use Stripe Connect, which means your organization connects its own Stripe account - donations go directly to your bank account, not through us.

Standard Stripe processing fees apply and are separate from Cronac Give's pricing.

Can we import our existing donor data?

Yes. You can import your existing donor records from a CSV file using a guided mapping process. If you're switching from another platform, we'll work with you to make the transition smooth.

You can also export your data anytime - your records belong to your organization, not to us.

What does it cost?

We're finalizing our pricing model and want to get it right for small organizations. During early access, we're working with organizations individually on pricing.

Is our donor data secure?

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe - we never store credit card numbers. Stripe is PCI-compliant and one of the most trusted payment processors available.

Your donor data is owned by your organization. We treat it with care, apply sensible access controls, and you can export it whenever you need it. See our Security & Data page for more.
