Our story
Built by people who've seen the problem firsthand.
Nonprofit organizations do some of the most important work in any community — and they deserve tools that actually help them do it. What we kept seeing instead were platforms designed for enterprise organizations, priced for large budgets, and built with a complexity that no small volunteer team should have to deal with.
We're a small software team at Cronac Software, and we build practical tools for real use cases. When we started talking with local nonprofits in the Midland area, the frustration was consistent: the software was either too expensive, too confusing, or both. Spreadsheets were still doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
Cronac Give is our answer to that. It's not trying to be everything to every organization — it's trying to be the right thing for small and growing nonprofits who need a clean, reliable, and affordable way to accept donations, manage their donors, and run campaigns without the overhead.
We're early. The product is in active development and we're working with our first organizations now. If you're interested in being part of that early group and helping shape what this becomes, we'd love to hear from you.

Every option we don't include is one your team doesn't have to figure out. We work hard to keep the interface focused on what actually matters.
Your data belongs to you
You should be able to export your donor records anytime, with no friction. We won't hold your data hostage.
Pricing should be honest
No surprise upgrade gates, no "call for pricing" on basic features. We'll tell you what things cost and why.
Local roots matter
We're building this in Midland for a reason. We know the community, we know the organizations, and we're invested in making this work here first.
